Overview – Vehicles

How safe are your vehicles?

Every one of our cars is no more than four years old which means they each have been put through and meet the very latest vehicle industry safety standard requirements. All vehicles have to be MOT’d every 6 months.

And because our cars are top-of-the-range, you can be sure you are travelling in one of the safest cars on the road today.

Can you provide infant / car seats?

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide either.

Can I eat or smoke in the car?

No. We operate a strict no eating or smoking (including e-cigarettes) policy in all our vehicles.

Will the car be clean?

Yes. We ensure the highest standard of maintenance on every car inside and out. Our cars are valeted before each journey.

Will bottled water be available in the vehicle?

Absolutely. Provided free of charge.

How old are your vehicles?

Our cars are usually less than three years old.

Do your cars have on-board entertainment?

All cars have radios, please ask the driver if you wish to have music on in the vehicle. We also have Wifi in some of our vehicles. Again, just ask the driver.

How much luggage will fit in the back?

Our four door saloons will typically accommodate two large suitcases and two hand luggage cases in the boot.

How many cars do I need?

We'd suggest you make the following lists to work out your requirements.

  1. Anyone needing transport to the wedding venue for the bride's house.
  2. Anyone needing transport to the wedding venue from any other location.
  3. Anyone needing to go from the wedding to the reception and any stop en route for photos.
  4. Bride and groom getaway transport.
  5. Evening taxis home for your guests.

How should I arrive at the church?

Every bride wants to arrive at the church in style. After all, it’s you they will all be waiting to see, and there will be a lot of cameras clicking as you get out of the car. This means that your wedding car is going to be seen in a lot of your wedding photographs.

So, you can go for something stylish and executive – how about a new luxury vehicle, with a suited chauffeur and optional white ribbons?  Your car will have been freshly valeted, inside and out, that morning, immediately prior to coming to collect you.

The bridal party.

We could also use our luxury vehicles to transport your bridesmaids and mother. Remember, they will need to be at the church before you, so their arrival in a chauffeur driven vehicle will set the tone and the style of your wedding.

Can I ask that my driver wears a uniform?

Our wedding chauffeurs will be in a suit and tie.  It would also be safe to assume that a classic old wedding car will be driven by a uniformed chauffeur, complete with cap. But it never hurts to check these things, so you could very discreetly ask before you make your booking.

How much should I spend on transportation?

That’s a great question! There are a number of factors, including how formal the wedding is, how far it is from the reception, whether you have a stop off en route for photographs and how many guests are invited. But a good rule of thumb is to allow 3-5% of your wedding budget on transport.

Nick and Tony are absolutely outstanding in their service. I hired them to pick up my frail parents and my sister's family in Toronto and they went over and above to ensure they were supported through every stage of the way! We as a family thoroughly touched by the kindness and care of their service. Thank you so much n 🙏🙏
